Where do my orders ship from?
The pieces in our shop come from partner brands, and your order ships directly from them. You will get an email with tracking as soon as it is on its way.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days after shipping. These are estimates, and busy seasons or carrier delays can add time.
Is shipping free?
Orders over $150 ship free. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned. Read the full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contactindywest@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you the next steps.
How do I find my size?
Each product page lists the available sizes and fit notes. Our Size & Fit guide explains how to read them, and we are happy to help if you are between sizes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. Orders go to our partner brands quickly, so we cannot promise a change, but we will do our best.
