Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $150.
- For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days after shipping. These are estimates, and busy seasons or carrier delays can add time.
- Your order ships directly from our partner brand. You will get an email with tracking as soon as it is on its way.
- We currently ship within the United States.
Returns
- You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, missing tags, or have strong odors may not be accepted.
- Final sale items cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email us at contactindywest@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
Refunds
After we receive and review your return, your refund for the item price goes back to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us right away with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
